The Support Worker Diary 2027 is the first professional diary built specifically for aged care and NDIS support workers in Australia – the only tool that carries your credentials, your compliance record and your career with you, wherever you work.

You give your best to the people in your care every single day. This diary gives your best back to you – organising your professional life, protecting your record and making sure you never miss a renewal, an expense or a deduction that's rightfully yours.

You're a professional. Your tools should be too.

Support workers and aged care workers in Australia are navigating the most significant regulatory reform the sector has ever seen. A new Aged Care Act. New worker screening requirements. New Code of Conduct obligations that apply to you personally – not just your employer.

And yet there's never been a single professional tool designed specifically for you.

Generic diaries don't know what a Worker Screening Check is. Nurses' diaries are for 9-to-5 hospital shifts, not split shifts across three providers. Nothing on the market captures your mileage, your credentials, your supervision notes and your professional development in one place.

Until now.

Everything a support worker needs. Nothing they don't.

Your credentials, tracked. One dedicated spread captures every certification you carry — your Worker Screening Check, Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Infection Control and more. Plus a visual expiry timeline so you can see at a glance what falls due this year. Because if your screening check expires, you can't legally work — and nobody's going to remind you.

Both Codes of Conduct, in your hands. The NDIS Code of Conduct and the Aged Care Code of Conduct are printed verbatim inside the front section. Not a summary. Not a paraphrase. The actual obligations, from the actual legislation — so you always know exactly what's required of you.

A shift planner built for how you actually work. Not a 9-to-5 Monday-to-Friday grid. Seven full days including weekends, with AM, PM and evening shift bands per day, provider field, and kilometre capture — because your week doesn't look like anyone else's.

Your professional reflection, week by week. Each week includes space to note what you focused on, what to raise in supervision, what you handled well and what you'd do differently. Over 52 weeks, that's a genuine professional development record you can bring to any performance review or new employer.

Your supervision sessions, your copy. Eight dedicated supervision record pages — your personal record, separate from whatever your employer keeps. Your notes, your actions, your outcomes. Yours to keep when you move on.

Your practice reflections, protected. Eight incident and practice reflection pages for your personal contemporaneous record — separate from the formal incident reports you file through your employer. A written record of what happened, what you did and what you reported is real protection if a situation is ever reviewed or disputed.

Your tax claim, captured all year. Monthly mileage logs, a running work expenses ledger, and an annual tax summary page. Support workers are among the most under-claiming workforces in Australia. The mileage log alone typically recovers far more than the cost of this diary at tax time.

Your quarterly professional review. Four reflection pages — one per quarter — built around Reflect, Identify, Act and Review. A simple framework for genuine professional growth that doesn't require anyone else's system.
